Marketing Code is a product of Real Internet Sales. This policy explains what data we collect from visitors and prospective clients on marketingcode.com and the HERE City Network of local news sites, how we use it, and how you can request access to or deletion of that data.
Contact form submissions (name, email, phone, business type), newsletter opt-ins, and standard web analytics (pages visited, referrer, device type) collected through Google Analytics and server access logs. When you engage as a client, we also collect billing information and business operational data required to deliver the Marketing Code system.
Solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver the Marketing Code service, send requested communications, and improve site content. We do not sell personal information. We do not share client business data with third parties except vendors strictly required to deliver our service (payment processing, hosting, email delivery), all bound by contract.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected] or calling (803) 999-3221. California residents (CCPA) and EU residents (GDPR) retain all statutory rights.
We use standard first-party cookies for session state and Google Analytics for aggregated traffic measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser without breaking core site functionality.
